WHAT DOES DANDELIER BUSINESS DO?

Dandelier is a quote automation tool, designed for small and medium sized tourism businesses. It speeds up the sales process and facilitates the production of marketing content. The AI-powered system helps save time, reduces manual work and enables fast, customer-focused service.

Dandelier's quoting and proposals automation tool facilitates group and meeting sales in particular. When you receive a quote request - from an individual customer, a group or an international tour operator - Dandelier retrieves up-to-date prices and availability directly from your company's own or partner's booking management system (PMS), and compiles the finished quote in a visual format, in the language of your choice.

You don't need technical skills or complex systems. Your images, product descriptions and pricing information are automatically retrieved from your company's website or PDF brochures. Quotes can be distributed to customers as a link or PDF - and easily stored in your customer management system for future reference.

Dandelier Marketplace connects sellers and buyers in the travel, meeting, and convention industry globally.

SALESPEOPLE

All companies offering travel, restaurant, meeting, and conference services are welcome to add their products to the platform. Availability and prices can be imported directly from booking systems (e.g., Mews, Moder, Hotellinx, Bokun, Johku, BookVisit, VisBook, FareHarbor) and commissions and product descriptions can be managed in one central location – always up to date.

BUYERS (FREE)

Now, in the first phase, we are looking for international tour operators as buyers.

Buyers can create itineraries and packages, view prices and availability, and send quote requests to multiple operators with a single click.

At conference and congress fairs, we will launch a separate Marketplace, through which domestic corporate customers can also find the prices and availability of conference venues directly. Registration requires a business ID.

Dandelier is a platform for regional organizations, municipalities, associations, and other companies that market tourism services under a common brand.

Destination users can utilize Visit Finland's Datahub for product management and invite Dandelier Marketplace users to join their organization.

This enables regional marketing and sales organizations to perform their marketing tasks efficiently, while also helping companies sell their products directly to buyers.

Easily download products as PDFs or from your website - Dandelier automatically imports images, texts and prices.
You can also add products from partners and choose which ones are shown in the offers.

Creating a quote or proposal

Choose a template from the ready-made template selection (e.g. groups, meetings, consumers) and fill in the necessary information: dates and customer request details.
Dandelier automatically retrieves prices and availability, calculates the total price, adds product descriptions and other information (e.g. VAT, capacity, terms and conditions).

Share the proposal with a customer

Finally, you can share the offer as a link or PDF - multilingual and visually polished.
The proposal is automatically saved in the version history and can be easily edited and reused.
