Results of the Leader project

Dandelier Oy implemented a Leader project in the summer-autumn 2025 with the aim of strengthening the company's legal capacity, building the foundation for a sales and marketing platform, designing payment and invoicing solutions and developing a SaaS business for internationalisation. 

The total cost of the project was €7 500 (VAT 0%) and its impact was significant during the start-up phase. The measures provided Dandelier with the legal documentation and IPR protection required for international business, a clear basis for automating sales and marketing, and strengthened capabilities for scaling its SaaS business to international markets.

The project created the basic conditions for the company's operations and supports its internationalisation. 

During the project:

• Drafted contractual guidelines and data protection documents in cooperation with Agora Legal and applied for trademark registrations in the UK, Switzerland and Norway.

• Obtained Tieke's ICT contract templates in English and ensured their use in partner contracts.

• A sales and marketing platform development project was carried out with Digisome, which produced a roadmap for building marketing automation and customer acquisition tools.

• A payment and billing system consultation was carried out with Pilvi Oy, which resulted in the definition of an international payment solution suitable for Dandelier.

• Joined Software Finland and introduced the SaaS Academy training materials, which strengthened the company's skills for growth and internationalisation.
