Dandelier
AI-based tool for automating group travel sales processes
Through this project,Dandelier a new module for small and medium-sized travel agencies and DMC and incoming tourism operators. The new digital SaaS service product automates the key stages of the group travel production process: subcontractor quotes and , change and cancellation management, pricing and cost calculation, group data , creation of booking confirmations and invoicing documents, and production and distribution.
As a result of the project, small travel agencies and DMC companies can transfer the heavy manual work done with email and Excel to a single AI-based, easy-to-use system that frees up resources for customer service and sales, speeds up processes, saves costs, and improves competitiveness in domestic and international markets.

Project objectives
The aim of the project is to develop a new Dandelier service for travel agencies and DMC companies.
According to market research, current systems are outdated, expensive, and manual. There is no lightweight, AI-based solution available for micro and small businesses that automates the complex sales and production processes involved in group travel.
The project supports Dandelier's strategy:
expand the target market in Europe
increase exports (target of 80% of turnover from abroad by 2028)
strengthen product development and internationalization capabilities

The new solution automates the quotation and production processes for group travel and improves the efficiency, profitability, and international competitiveness of travel agencies and DMC companies.
Project measures
- Identify the specific needs of the DACH, Benelux, and French markets, pricing models, taxation and VAT practices, and integration needs for different reservation systems.
2. Technical development and piloting
Developing the Dandelier solution, which includes:
multi-supplier quotation engine
multi-currency and VAT calculation
automation of subcontractor communications
group travel management
automatic documents and itinerary generation
Integrations with PMS, CRM, and billing systems
The solution is being piloted in Sweden, Norway, Germany, and France.
3. Preparing for internationalization
A commercialization plan will be drawn up and a partner network will be established in the Nordic countries and Central Europe.
