QUICK GUIDE FOR SALESPEOPLE
Setup takes only 15 minutes:
- Create credentials. Automated onboarding guides you through the implementation process.
- Ensure that the address details match the address of your physical location. This will ensure that you can be found. Buyers can find your products on Marketplace based on location, among other things.
- Upload your product as a PDF file and/or connect your booking system (Mews, Moder, Johku, Bókun, Hotellinx).
- Dandelier automatically Dandelier a product catalog for you.
- Images are automatically downloaded directly from your website and PDF files.
- Select the products and images you want to display on Marketplace.
- Use Dandelier in sales meetings.
- Share your 3-letter code generated by Marketplace with buyers.
Tip: If you upload your products directly from your booking system, you can set your own prices for tour operators at the organization level or for each product separately.
PRICE:
- €250 per year
- Option to upgrade to Dandelier if you want to respond to all requests for quotes using Dandelier.
- Dandelier : €24.90/month, does not include reservation system integration
- Dandelier : €59.90/month, does not include automated production management
- Dandelier : €179.90/month, includes all published features and an unlimited number of users and system integrations
QUICK GUIDE FOR BUYERS
Getting started and performing your first search takes only a few minutes:
- Create credentials.
- Use the search functions to find products or browse the entire list. Search options will be expanded in February once the pilot phase of the product is complete.
- If you have received a 3-letter code from the seller, you will be taken directly to their product range.
- Select the products you want. You can also mark products as favorites.
- Write a brief description mentioning, for example, your preferences for the days on which you would like the activities to take place, etc.
- Review the itinerary you have created and make any necessary changes.
- Send a request for quotation with a single click to all service providers included in the itinerary you have created.
PRICE:
- The basic version for buyers is free of charge.
- When new editing and search features are released, we will publish an updated price list and list of features.
